Too often have I heard these words: “Christians shouldn’t practice Yoga.”
I can only speak for myself when I say that my classes DO NOT and WILL NEVER have a connection to any organized religion. What I believe and practice is personal and your beliefs are none of my business. In my classes, we are a community of human beings trying to be healthy and make positive choices.
I teach and practice poses, postures and movement that stretch muscle, keep bones strong, aid in good posture and alignment, and allow us to become more comfortable in our bodies.
Pranayama (breath work) oxygenates the body and calms the mind. It works in harmony with yoga movement.

There are many reasons to bring a yoga practice into your life, keep an open mind and make your own decision.
